Objective: Creating jobs, promoting coherency, employment and entrepreneurship.
Beneficiaries: micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), new or to be created, and, in the contest on social entrepreneurship, IPSS, associations and foundations, cooperatives, merciful associations and charities are eligible.
Incentives:
• Non-refundable incentive (NRI) on the salaries of jobs created;
• NRI on SST; (single social tax)
• Support of 40% NRI with expenses at job creation;
* SSI = € 438.81 (Ordinance 27/2020, 31 January). Increase of SSI means if new company, or job creation, or inland territory in teleworking if coastal company.
Duration: 36 months. 5 years if the project is for Social Entrepreneurship or involves hiring people with special needs.
Obligations:
• Provide the information requested of it by the entities;
• Communicate relevant changes or events that jeopardize the project;
• Maintain the situation regularized before the incentive paying entity;
