Beneficiaries: Companies in any legal form except: CAEs 64 to 66, 25402, 30400, 84220, division 92.
Covering area: Mainland (North, Lisbon and Alentejo already closed)
Percentage of financing rate: From 35% medium-sized companies, 45% small and micro enterprises. Lisbon maximum 40%, Algarve maximum 62%.
Surcharges:
Up to 75%:
+ 10% if medium-sized company and project> 5M
+ 20% if small or micro enterprise and project <5M
+ 10% if in a low-density area
+ 10% if creative entrepreneurship
+ 10% if the entrepreneur is a woman or a young person
+ 10% in energy sustainability
+ 10% without plan of CIC Portugal 2020
Professional training costs up to 50% of the fee
+ 10% if disabled or disadvantaged,
+ 10% if medium-sized companies,
+ 20% if micro or small companies.
Refundable or non-refundable incentive: Up to 1M = 100% NRI; > at 1M = 75% NRI, 25% RI.
