Program: Funds for Tourism

Beneficiaries: Property owners who want to rehabilitate and lease their property over the next 15 years.

Covering area: Mainland

Percentage of financing rate: Funds for tourism purchases the property at 90% of its estimated value and leases it to the former owner (company) at a value between 2.5% and 4% per year. At the end of 3, of the 15 years of lease, the lessee has the possibility to buy the property back at the acquisition price, updated by the price index.

The financing value of the works is calculated between the difference between the value of the property in the current state and the value of the property expected after works times 90%.

Surcharges: Not Applicable

Refundable or non-refundable incentive: N.D. (Works as a lease)

Maximum funding limit to request: € 5,000,000

Notice closing date: Until funds run out (60M).
